On the morning of June 8, 1987, a quiet neighborhood in Broward County, Florida became the center of a terrifying mystery.
Three-year-old Julie Magliulo walked outside her home to play, something she had done many times before. She told her mother she was going to visit a friend who lived just a couple of houses away.
But Julie never made it.
Within minutes, the little girl had seemingly vanished without a trace.
A massive search quickly began. Helicopters circled overhead while hundreds of volunteers combed through neighborhoods, woods, abandoned buildings, and nearby lakes. Flyers with Julie’s picture were distributed to 50 million homes across the country as investigators feared the worst.
Then police made a disturbing discovery in the woods: an abandoned trailer filled with strange items that suggested someone had been secretly living there.
Months later, a grim discovery in a remote area of the Florida Everglades would bring devastating answers...but the most important question still remains unanswered:
Who killed Julie Magliulo?
More than three decades later, the case remains unsolved.
