On November 8th, 2007…11-year-old Jodi Parrack rode her bike less than half a mile to visit a friend.
She never made it home.
Within hours, her body was found in a cemetery by searchers—including a man who would soon become the prime suspect.
Ray McCann helped search for Jodi that night.
But investigators quickly turned on him.
They believed he was the killer.
They interrogated him for years…lied to his family…told the victim’s mother they had evidence against him.
There was just one problem…
None of it was true.
While Ray’s life was being destroyed…
The real killer was still out there.
It wasn’t until years later—after another child survived a similar attack—that the truth finally came out.
